Predictive Arrival
After an order is confirmed and a pickup confirmed the customer will let you know when they are on the way to your store. We predict their arrival time and let you know so that you can be prepared and ready to load their order. Arrival notifications can be set to specific intervals i.e. 5 minutes out, 1 minute out etc. Once arrived, the system automatically lets you know the customer has arrived and all of the particulars of the vehicle, its make, model, color and license plate number for easy identifcation in the parking lot or on the street.
