KerbEze extends your store’s physical presence to the curbside and enhances customer interaction.
In order to maximize the effectiveness of KerbEze the location should have access to a tablet to load the merchant app. This will display the arrival time of the customers. It will also be used to enter the 4-digit pickup code for verification.

When a pickup order is confirmed, customers will be prompted to install a KerbEze app on their phone. When they are about to leave to pickup their order they will tell the app that they’re on their way and it will in turn give you advanced warning of then the customer will be arriving.
